We have been learning all about Ulster-Scots castles. The Lord Lieutenant of County Down, Gawn Rowan-Hamilton from Killyleagh Castle visited us to judge our working drawbridges.
Our local historian, Clive Scoular, came to tell us all about Hans Sloane who lived nearby and who started the Natural History Museum in London.
Etta Halliday from Radio Ulster came out to record us singing and saying rhymes for broadcast on Kintra...It was VERY exciting!
We tested out some new resources for Seedling Education about a wee toon called Ballybarnock. We had quare crack! Thank you Mr Tony Woods.
